From California I'm sensitive to sleep aids that make you drowsy. Valarian and some other things make me feel hung over. Passion Flower enables me to get to sleep (or back to sleep) within about 20 minutes, without drowsiness. From Oregon I've tried many sleep supplements and again this is the only one that works.
